Health/medical details are recorded to provide relevant treatment, services, advice and to give you our best professional service.

· enquire through our web site;
· in information from health insurers regards funding;
· in information from GPs, medical centres and Consultants;
· other relevant documents.
Data shared/transferred with third parties:
· agents you ask us to and give your consent to share your data with, such as solicitors;
· your chosen health insurance company;
· your GP, Consultant, Medical Centre;
· advisers we use to help run accounts, collect what is owed;
How long we keep your personal information
Your data will be kept for as long as we have reasonable business need, such as managing our relationship with you or for as long as you are being treated by us. On conclusion of treatment, we have a legal obligation to keep adults’ records for 8 years and under 17s until their 25th birthday or eight years after death, if sooner to:
fulfil legal obligations;
· respond to questions or complaints.
After which time records are confidentially destroyed.
How do we protect your personal information?
We have precautionary security measures in place. We follow our security procedures and apply suitable
technical measures such as encryption and password protection.
Consent to withdraw
You can withdraw your consent for us to use your personal information at any time by contacting us via phone or email.
If you do retract your consent, we may not be able to provide certain services, but we will tell you if this is the case.
